The role

Are you a dynamic and collaborative leader with a passion for creating theatrical magic? Do you thrive on collaboration, innovation, and staying at the forefront of the entertainment industry trends? 

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead the Manning Entertainment Centre production and technical operations. As a senior member of the Arts & Cultural Services team, you will provide frontline leadership to technical operations across the MEC Main Auditorium, Beryl Jane Flett Studio and Podcasting Studio spaces.  

In this role, you’ll take centre stage to collaboratively drive the artistic vision of the Manning Entertainment Centre delivering on the MidCoast Cultural Strategy.

Salary: Commencing salary circa $91,800 to $100,980 p.a depending on skills and experience plus superannuation. 

A vehicle arrangement will be made with the successful candidate for this role. Council will provide you with a leaseback vehicle for an annual fee calculated as 20% of the gross purchase price. This is a fully maintained vehicle for both business and full private use with no additional expenses in normal use.

Location: This position will be based at the Manning Entertainment Centre, 33 Manning River Drive, Taree.

Tenure: Permanent, Full Time 35hrs.
