ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and established Specialist to lead and deliver on system and process implementations and integrations for both ERPs and stand-a-lone solutions for the Operations Directorate.

 

This challenging and rewarding position is crucial for Lead business deployment and life cycle management that delivers on the outputs and outcomes that benefit the Operations Directorate and wider stakeholders across Liverpool City Council.

 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will possess strong implementation and integration skills, capability development, stakeholder and change management, complex problem-solving experience and skills, with the ability to inspire, guide and support senior management, colleagues and front-line teams towards achieving excellence in service delivery.

 

Also, demonstrated experience across other aspects of plans, systems and process implementations to support Council for Local Emergency Management, Chain of Responsibility and other safety programs.  

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor of Business or IT or demonstrated experience.
  • Project Mgmt and/ or Change Mgmt certifications or demonstrated experience.
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 and 40116).
  • A proven track record of achievements and the capacity to thrive within a politically sensitive and complex environment.
  • Competency in managing budgets, operational, training and business plans and tasks effectively and having strategic and operational approaches to problem-solving and innovation in a fast paced, complex and diversified environment.
  • Comprehensive and demonstrated experience in the delivery of system and process implementations, integrations and optimisation for existing systems
  • A good understanding of costing principles and pricing methodologies.
  • A reasonable understanding of workplace HR and IR legislation and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects and change management activities to support implementations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Hold a Class-C Driver’s License.
