$68k – $76k + 11.5% Super - 9 Day
Fortnight / Every second Friday off - Shifts – 6:30am
– 4:00pm - Fitness Passport

The Role
Reporting to Open
Spaces Team Leader the purpose of this position is to coordinate and supervise precinct
staff while carrying out parks maintenance, construction programs and street
tree pruning.
About You
You will have
completed your Certificate III in Horticulture or have equivalent experience.
You will have the ability to demonstrate practical experience in a supervisory
role and experience in the safe use of herbicide and pesticide spraying.
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Horticulture or experience deemed equivalent
- Class C and MR Licence
- Workcover WHS General Induction for Construction Work in NSW
- Chemical Application Certificate
- Chainsaw Level 2 Certification
- Fell small Trees Certification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Demonstrated practical experience in a supervisory role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of chainsaw use, maintenance and safety
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
