Reporting to the Senior Operations Leader, the Operations Leader at Hurstville Golf Course plays a crucial role in the maintenance and management of the golf course's grounds and facilities. This position involves assisting with the planning, execution, and supervision of daily tasks related to turf care, landscaping, equipment maintenance and staff coordination.

 

About The Opportunity

  • Permanent, Full-Time – 72 hours per fortnight
  • Salary from $68,136.17 - $78,941.39 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation 
  • Enjoy a 4-day work week
  • Weekend & public holiday overtime shifts available

 

Qualifications, Certificates & Licences

  • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management, or related field.
  • Construction Induction (White Card)

Essential

  • Proven experience in golf course maintenance and turf care.
  • Strong knowledge of turfgrass species, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.

  • Drivers Licence
  • First Aid Certificate 
  • AQF3 ChemCert accreditation
