We have an opportunity for a enthusiastic Operator - Service Delivery (Labourer) to join our Georges River Council, based in Mortdale. Our people are working to make the Georges River area an accessible, green, diverse and innovative community and economy.
About the Role
The role will work effectively in a maintenance crew within our City Presentation team in a safe and efficient manner to deliver a prompt and reliable service to the community. In this role you will be required to carry out maintenance on the roads, gardens, parks and facilities within the Georges River area.
We're looking for a labourer who has demonstrated experience working within mobile crews. You will also be someone who has experience in providing maintenance services and a demonstrated ability to be accountable for agreed work methods, standard and outcomes. We will provide the necessary training and support, provided that you have the right attitude and work ethic.

- Salary from $54,605.29- $62,365.62 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate

The successful candidate will have
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Demonstrated experience in working within a maintenance crew
- Experience in providing maintenance services and a demonstrated ability to be accountable for agreed work methods, standard and outcomes
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of plant and/or various equipment common to cleansing, parks, civil construction and/or trades maintenance
