About the role

The role of the Organisational Change Lead Specialist will ensure a focus on people and will work closely with the People and Culture Leadership team and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive successful project and workplace change outcomes. This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related field OR demonstrated experience in a similar role, combined with ongoing professional development.
    • Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
    • Extensive experience implementing workplace change, or people related projects.
    • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
    • Proven experience in leading complex change initiatives within a diverse organisational setting.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Experience in developing and delivering training and communication programs.

Other important information

  • The salary range for this position ranges between $99k to $119k pa (dependent on skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation 
  • We have a permanent full-time role available 
  • This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
  • We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite
  • This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
