Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking a People and Culture Officer to join the Executive team!
- Full Time - 35 hours week
- Weekly pay cycle
- Salary range $1258.62 - $1510.30 per week
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a recent graduate or do you have an administration background and would like to learn new skills?
This role is responsible for supporting staff through the employee lifecycle in a way that creates a positive experience for prospective, new and existing employees. It carries out a range of human resource activities including administration, recruitment, HR systems and procedures, maintenance of employee records, advice and support, and learning and development.

ABOUT YOU
Council is looking for someone who has the following qualities, experience and/or qualifications:
- Qualifications in human resources, business administration, or related discipline and/or relevant work experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to carry out multiple projects and achieve set goals within required timeframes
- Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of products
- Current Drivers Licence
