Title: Planner, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Title: Planner, Temporary - Full-time Role (maternity relief until January 2026), 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $98787.69 to $114807.35 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Ability to effectively manage multiple planning applications simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate assessments are delivered.
- Acting as an expert witness in Land and Environment Court appeals, including their managing, and representing Council at planning panels (Northern Beaches Local Planning Panel and Sydney North Planning Panel).
- Attending to planning enquires, providing planning advice and providing high level customer service to the residents of the Northern Beaches.
- Continuous Improvement of systems, processes and tools in the assessment of planning applications.
