Title: Program Manager - Performance, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $127091.32 to $147701.84 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Organisational Performance Team sits within Councils Strategy and Performance Business Unit and oversees the Council's improvement program, which focuses on services, processes, and innovation. The service manages various programs, including education and capacity building, improvement identification, implementation and reporting, and measuring and documentation. The Organisational Performance Business Unit implements improvements across the entire business, ensuring continuous enhancements and providing improved customer experience.

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of Council services following a developed framework to identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities within the service.
- Collaborate with key businesses to manage and implement improvement projects, promoting continuous improvement across the Council.
- Utilise data analysis and problem-solving skills to foster an organisational culture of continuous improvement.
