Permanent Full Time position
Salary: $82,534 to $92,425 per annum (based on 70 hours per fortnight) plus superannuation and a nine day fortnight
Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience.

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for project contract administration to facilitate the effective management of our capital works projects.
You will work closely with project sponsors, project managers, contractors, procurement and financial stakeholders to contribute to the efficient delivery of Council’s contracted projects and programs
About You
You will have demonstrated experience in project/contract administration, including the preparation and coordination of tender documents, project budgeting and data tracking. You will have a strong knowledge of procurement, financial management, and the analysis and reporting of projects.
A strong customer service and stakeholder focus, along with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required in this role. You will have extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office and other software/database programs such as PM Software, Power Point and web data.
You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management, Procurement, Finance) or relevant experience, as well as a General Construction Induction Training Card and a Class C Driver’s Licence.
