You will oversee the delivery of minor built form infrastructure projects, in line with schedule, quality and budget constraints as well as the City’s Project Management Framework, while providing support to the Infrastructure Project Delivery team. You will complete procurement and contract documentation, assess tenders and communicate with stakeholders. You will develop project scopes, review specifications and drawings to provide recommendations. You will investigate products, services and systems to ensure best practice and value for the City’s project delivery program.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated background in liaising with consultants, contractors, internal and external stakeholders with the ability to produce high quality scopes. Your ability to apply strong budgeting skills to your projects is essential. Local Government, Project Management or trade experience or a tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferable.

- Demonstrated understanding of construction projects and contracts
- Excellent organisational, analytical, problem solving, decision making and time management skills
- Experience with financial management covering budgeting, cost control and reporting
- Experience in managing stakeholders, contractors and tradespersons
- Strong written and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal communication
- Diploma or trade qualification in project or contract management, construction or a trades field
- Current Australian ‘C’ class driver’s licence
We are offering a gross salary of $91,088 per annum, and:
- 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
