their work, as a Major Projects Property and Land Development Officer, you’ll
play an essential, hands-on role in keeping the Dubbo region safe and enjoyable

You’ll make an impact by
- Assisting
the Manager by providing input and implementing strategic plans and
internal documents. - Supporting
major project opportunities that align with the Council’s goals and bring
positive benefits. - Working
on some unique and diverse major projects. - Assisting
with property matters like easements, road closures, and land acquisitions
to support Council objectives. - Collaborating
with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Certificate
IV or a bachelor’s degree in either Law, Business, Property or a related
discipline. - Proficiency
in computer systems, including Microsoft Office. - Solid
experience in a property-related field. - High
level organisational skills with demonstrated experience in managing
multiple property-related files and adhering to deadlines. - Highly
developed planning and negotiation skills.
We would also love you to have:
- Property
experience in a Local Government setting would be highly regarded. - A
team first attitude, happy to assist other team members with other jobs
when required.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging
from $78,184 to $90,862.
