YOUR ROLE
Join Council’s Property & Community Services business unit, where you will assist with the following functions:

  • Managing leases and licences
  • Acquisition and disposal of properties
  • Acquisition or extinguishment of easements
  • Road Closure Applications, and;
  • Maintaining Property Addressing, Property Attributes and integration of new subdivisions in Council’s Property & Rating System

This is a fixed term role working for a minimum of approximately 9 months. This role is linked to a parental leave arrangement and therefore the duration of the role will be dependent upon the current incumbents return to work plan.

 

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

  • A weekly salary between $1,310 – $1,474 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • A 35-hour working week, over a 9-day fortnight
