We are currently seeking an experienced Rates Officer to be a part of North Sydney Council’s multi-disciplinary Financial Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent data entry skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

 

The role

You will be responsible for the maintenance of the computerised Rating, Accounts Receivable and Debt Recovery process, assembling and producing information related to various rating, revenue and recovery functions. This involves updating and processing data and charges, handling telephone enquiries and responding to written correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in debt recovery and possess strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: $73,088 to $87,273 per annum + $1,000 pa Transport allowance + 11.5% superannuation

35 hours per week with access to flexi time
