The Role

Reporting to the Records Coordinator and based in Windsor, the Records Data Integrity Officer is responsible for providing an effective system for recording, retrieval, storage, archiving and movement of all documents / files through the organisation.

About You

You will have a strong administrative background and thrive in a cohesive, team environment. You will have a professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering on deadlines, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and adherence to policy, procedures and guidelines.

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in Records Management, Business or Office Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft Windows, preferably with Records Document Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and high levels of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated experience with clerical duties in an office environment
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
