About the role

The Roller Operator role is vital for the upkeep of the road network in the City of Coffs Harbour. We are seeking a dedicated candidate with proven expertise in plant operation related to the maintenance of both sealed and unsealed roads.

You will bring a solid understanding of plant maintenance and the ability to proactively identify and report any issues through the City's maintenance management system. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in roller operations and road construction or maintenance, and will thrive in a collaborative team environment. About you?

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent
  • Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in the safe and efficient operation of Rollers in accordance with relevant legislative requirements
  • National Construction Induction Certificate (White card).

  • Starting salary from $55,672.04 + 11.5% superannuation
  • Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
  • Options to accrue RDO's and flexible working arrangements.
