We are looking for a dedicated individual with proven customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. As the Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and efficient customer service experience. You will work closely in a supportive team and have the opportunity to contribute ideas and improvements.
In this role, you will also take on leadership responsibilities including training and mentoring staff, resolving escalated issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria when submitting your application:
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
What we offer
We are offering a salary of $91,088 per annum for this position, plus:
- 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
