This role involves responding to service requests, resolving incidents, maintaining hardware and software systems, and providing timely assistance to end users. Additionally, the role involves monitoring system performance, maintaining uptime, and providing after-hours support for critical incidents.
We’re looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience, covering both end-user and infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and networking (routers, switches, UPS systems). Experience with endpoint security solutions (e.g., Sophos, PRTG) and device management is essential.
You will excel in this role if you are a problem-solving, service-oriented professional who thrives in high-pressure situations and communicates complex technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
