Position Overview

The Senior Manager Civil Works and Presentation is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of infrastructure services that benefit our community. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

In this role, you will be accountable for leading a team of professionals, managing budgetary considerations, and ensuring compliance with industry best practises and regulations. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and navigate complex political environments will be crucial in achieving positive outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a dynamic and experienced leader with a strong background in civil works and project management. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in engineering or construction, with postgraduate qualifications in business administration, management, or leadership.
  • Proven experience in project management within the civil works industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams in diverse locations.
  • Extensive knowledge of civil works and construction management, along with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
