What this role looks like:
• Assist with long-term asset management strategies and planning to optimise compliant operations.
• Assist with the planning and management of Asset lifecycles, and Project and Budget development.
• Review legislation, plans, policies, and procedures to provide suitable advice.
• Preparation of documents, including but not limited to, proposals, scope of work, tenders, expressions of interest, contract reviews, and Council reports associated with property and building asset management.
• Manage the administration of leases regarding reporting obligations, works determinations and sinking funds.
• Assist the Building Asset Management team with research, planning, capital works, and compliance issues.
• Assist the Property Management team with leasing, valuations, negotiations, and land related matters.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
• A Professional, Positive, and Proactive team member.
• Demonstrated Property Management and Building Asset Management experience.
• Demonstrated Understanding of Facilities Management and Leasing documentation.
• Demonstrated Customer Service and Conflict Resolution skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Asset Management, or Property / Real Estate Management, or in a related field; alternatively, a Tertiary Diploma with suitable Senior Experience.
