The Package: $71,944.08 - $79,500.20 gross per annum + 11.5% super. (Evaluated as Grade 9 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.
Full-time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.
Are you passionate about organisation and compliance, ensuring information is managed efficiently and securely? Council is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the QPRC Records team and help keep our records in top shape!
In this role you will:
- Ensure compliance with the NSW State Records Act 1998 by supporting the Coordinator, Records Management in maintaining policies and processes.
- Assist in managing and improving QPRC’s records systems, including electronic document management.
- Train and support staff in proper record capture, registration, and control.
- Handle internal and external information requests, ensuring compliance with relevant
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role (Information Management, Record Keeping or equivalent).
- Can demonstrate a working knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and procedures that impact recordkeeping in a local government environment.
- Demonstrates high level ability to use Microsoft Suite of programs and Electronic Document Records Management Systems, such as One Council / ECM.
- Has experience providing high-level customer service and advice while effectively managing time and priorities to support team and organizational goals.
