Do you have a good knowledge of Ci and Ci Anywhere, experience in Cloud migration and implementing new modules. What this role looks like:
• Providing technical support, advice and problem solving on Property and Rating and Technology One system.
• Migrating Ci in the Cloud to Ci Anywhere
• Implementing, maintaining, and supporting new Technology One system module in Ci Anywhere.
• Proactively seeking user feedback and implementing changes to drive improvement.
• Supporting internal stakeholders to analyse, select, implement, and use technology solutions.
• Undertaking system testing for upgrade or new software releases.
• Resolve escalated customer requests.
• Collaborate with other teams within IT to implement integrated solutions.
• Perform database administration tasks.

What are we seeking in our new team members:
1. Degree in Business, Information Technology or similar
2. 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
3. Demonstrated experience in Technology One System
4. Demonstrated experience in any Property and Rating System
5. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft SQL Database
6. Demonstrated experience in creating business reports using Power BI/SSRS reporting tool
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Class C Driver’s Licence (NSW)
