We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sport Services Business Systems Advisor to oversee our bookings and allocations process for council-managed sport facilities. This is a permanent full-time position that offers an opportunity to contribute to the community's recreational landscape.
Your Role in Our Vision
As the Sport Services Business Systems Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring equitable access to our sports facilities while managing the administrative processes that support this goal. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Sport Services Officer, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all aspects of bookings and allocations for all sporting grounds for users, including club and school bookings.
- Ensure the smooth operation of seasonal field allocations for all sports.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external customers, including associations, clubs, schools, volunteers and service providers.
- Act as the primary contact for inquiries and issues related to bookings, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures for accurate booking management.
- Monitor booking trends and providing management with actionable insights to enhance service delivery.
Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in sports services, excellent organisational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Sport or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- A current Drivers Licence.
- Proven experience in customer service and managing relationships with community groups.
- Sport sector experience and knowledge of operation and structure of sport, particularly at a local community level.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

- Package: From $91,120 - $96,591 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week with the option of 19 day month (flex time arrangement).
