Leading the Charge in Logistics

The Store Person will oversee daily logistical operations, ensuring that all inventory control measures are in place and maintained to the highest standards. You will supervise staff, maintain accurate inventory counts, and action supply requests with a focus on governance and accountability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • Implementing and monitoring EEO principles and practises.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stocktakes.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal customers to optimise service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A valid NSW Drivers licence is a MUST as well as a forklift licence or willing to obtain.
  • Minimum Year 10 School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Stores Operations would be beneficial as well as knowledge or certification in purchasing.
  • Strong communication and people skills with a focus on teamwork.

  • Package: $85,562 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Up to a 6 month contract - 38 hour week with a 9 day fortnight
