About the role
An exciting opportunity to develop your skills in talent acquisition. In this position you provide administrative support to ensure the delivery of talent acquisition services including preparation of recruitment and interview documentation, letters of offer, maintenance and management of the recruitment database and assistance with recruitment for casual roles.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- a Certificate III in Business Administration or demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role combined with ongoing professional development
- demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team
- demonstrated experience in administration or clerical duties
- demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft programs
- demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment while dealing with multiple tasks
- demonstrated experience in dealing with confidential matters
- demonstrated competency in accurate data entry, filing and maintaining records
- demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff and the public to meet customer needs.

Other important information
- The salary range for this position ranges between $63,670.76 to $76,408.56 pa (dependent on skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
- We have a permanent full-time role available.
- This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
- We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite
- This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
