Team Leader – Marketing

The Package: $92,645.28 – $102,375.52 gross per annum + 11.5% super. (Evaluated as Grade 14 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.

Full-time – Fixed term (Until Feb 2026) – 35 hours per week.

Are you passionate about implementing effective marketing initiatives to achieve outcomes that benefit our community? Council is seeking someone to lead our marketing team, to help us grow our visitor economy and increase engagement with our performing arts centre.

 In this role you will:

• Lead our marketing team to develop strategy and implement campaigns for tourism and the Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre.
• Track and evaluate marketing activities to maximise conversion.
• Be a hands-on leader, active in the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in marketing.
• Has marketing experience in the tourism sector and/or the performing arts, or is able to apply their knowledge to these areas.
• Has experience leading a small team, or can demonstrate readiness to take on the challenge.
• Can juggle multiple projects and respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
