About the Role
Are you an experienced groundskeeper looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a dynamic team in maintaining and preparing our sports fields to top standards!
As the Sportsground Team Leader, you'll be hands-on, ensuring the safe and timely upkeep of our fields, making them game-ready for the community. If you're passionate about working outdoors, leading a team, and taking pride in high-quality results, this role is perfect for you.
Your commencing salary will range from $69,181 - $83,661 p.a. + superannuation, dependent on your relevant skills and experience. In addition, you will receive a to and from work vehicle.
About You
- Hold at least Certificate 3 level qualifications in greenkeeping, horticulture or similar
- Have significant experience in a greenkeeping or sporting fields maintenance role
- Have experience leading teams and coordinating daily work tasks
- Be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Have a personal commitment to safe working practices
