Title: Team Member, Landscape Construction, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week
Salary Range: $63268.37 to $73528.14 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
Reporting to the Landscape Construction Supervisor, the Landscape Construction Team Member will perform landscape construction activities across Council’s civil infrastructure.
This includes parks, footpaths, and streetscape infrastructure. The role also involves working on structural elements such as retaining walls, seawalls, wharves, and Walkways.
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Assist the Landscape team to complete works to a high standard.
- Assist in providing the efficient delivery of projects and the safety of staff at all times
- Manual Handling including lifting
- Ensure the safety, health and welfare of themselves and any other person at a place of work
- Adhere to Councils core values Service, Integrity, Respect, Trust, Teamwork
About you:
What you will bring to our team:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision together with a commitment to working in a team environment and multi-skilling.
- Strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety
- Skills and knowledge in a range of minor plant and equipment
- Demonstrated skills & experience in manual handing
- Class C Driver’s Licence with a willingness to obtain MR/HR
- General Worksite Induction Ticket.
- Well organised and good level of physical ability to carry out all the duties of the role safely.
