Team Supervisor – Civil Works

Description
Do you have experience planning and delivering civil construction projects?
In this role you will primarily focus on civil construction, and smaller scale works to deliver quality outcomes across Council's asset base. These works may include footpath, kerb and gutter repairs, drainage, traffic facilities maintenance and upgrades and on occasion supporting the delivery of larger capital works in construction.
To be successful you will be required to;
- Oversee a civil team in the delivery of various construction works that is crucial to the city's infrastructure
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety and adherence to project timelines and meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor budget allocations and resource management for cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

- Permanent full time, 38 hours per week with the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight
- Commencing salary range from $77,680.20 - $82,434.56 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
