Our Road Services Team have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team as an Trainee Plant Operator. Under the guidance of the Supervisor you will learn to efficiently operate and maintain various plant for construction and maintenance of gravel and sealed roads. In this role you will assist the team with reporting plant defects, maintaining plant in a safe and good working condition, and participating in training sessions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake hands on experience in a work environment whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be willing to complete Certificate III in Civil Construction or other relevant course
- Have a Current Driver Licence (P1 & P2 is acceptable)
- Have experience working effectively in a team environment
- Have a genuine interest in building a career in the Road Services industry
