- Wrap-around support coordination including relocation planning, travel logistics and removals.
- The Stay Team find housing, ensure newcomers and their families can access healthcare, childcare schooling, sport, recreation and special interests.
- A ‘Welcome Ambassador’ who will welcome new employees in person, ensuring a sense of inclusion and facilitating meaningful social connections.
- Ongoing check-in’s and retention support for up to 24 months post commencement
